Experience & Qualifications

While prior experience working with adults with I/DD is beneficial, it’s not required. We provide comprehensive training from day one and ongoing mentorship to ensure you’re equipped to succeed. Additionally, our mentorship program provides strong leadership and professional development opportunities for those interested in career growth and advancement.

We currently operate programs in several locations across Aloha, Beaverton, and Hillsboro.

flexible Scheduling

At Haven Center, we operate 24/7, allowing for a variety of scheduling options, including early morning, midday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Our schedules are typically flexible and student-friendly, making them easy to balance with other commitments. While many positions are full-time, we also offer part-time and relief shifts.
